Parking Information

Self-parking is available off the South side of Okeechobee Boulevard. Look for the garage entrance at the end of S. Rosemary Avenue/Florida Avenue.

• Cost: $5 for the first 2 hours, $1 for each additional hour

Registration & Badge Pickup

Your first stop will be our Registration area in the Hall B Lobby:

• Saturday, May 31: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Sunday, June 1: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Important: Please bring your photo ID to collect your personal name badge. Each attendee must pick up their own badge—it's your golden ticket to all expo activities!

What to Bring

• Photo ID: Essential for name badge pickup at registration. Remember, each attendee must present their own photo ID to collect their badge.

• Layer up: Meeting rooms can get chilly, so bring a light sweater or jacket to stay comfortable throughout the day's sessions.

• Stay powered: Don't forget your device chargers! While we'll have some charging stations available, having your personal chargers will ensure you stay connected throughout the event.

• Water bottle: We encourage sustainability and hydration—bring a refillable water bottle to use at our water stations.

Mat: If you're joining us for the morning wellness activities, we recommend bringing a mat so you can get comfy while sitting or lying.
